CHARLESTON, WV – West Virginia International Yeager Airport (CRW) is pleased to announce the official launch of their new website, designed to enhance the user experience and provide easy access to essential travel information. The upgrade reflects the Airport’s commitment to prioritizing customer needs and improving the overall passenger experience.

The new, responsive site makes it easier to navigate, including on mobile devices. By leveraging Google Analytics, the Airport identified the most frequently visited pages, ensuring these are now easier to locate. The analysis also revealed that the majority of website traffic comes from mobile devices, leading to the development of a mobile-first user experience. The site is compatible with the latest versions of standard internet browsers for PC, Mac, tablet, and mobile devices.

“Our goal is to ensure that every passenger has a seamless experience from the beginning of their trip to the very end,” said Dominique Ranieri, Airport Director & CEO. “It’s also crucial for visitors to West Virginia to have easy access to information about our incredible tourism destinations right at their fingertips. This new website was designed with these priorities in mind, making it simple for customers to navigate.”

Another key feature of the new website is the inclusion of accessibility options, a first for CRW. These enhancements ensure that the website is streamlined and accessible for all customers, reflecting the Airport’s ongoing efforts to provide a streamlined guest experience.

The website was developed in collaboration with Vela Agency, a women-owned business based in Winston-Salem. West Virginia International Yeager Airport also worked with Vela Agency on the redesign of the Airport’s branding in 2022.
