INVITATION TO BID – Snow Removal Equipment Building
The Central West Virginia Regional Airport Authority (CWVRAA) is notifying the contracting community of an upcoming construction contract opportunity at West Virginia International Yeager Airport (CRW). CWVRAA plans to install a new Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB – approximately 23,560 sq ft) for the storage of Snow Removal Equipment. The project will take place landside/ outside of the Airfield Security Area. This work will be funded by a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) grant and will be subject to FAA grant requirements and reporting obligations.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK
SRE Building work includes: Removal of existing pavement and general site clearing. Erosion and sediment control device. Installation of a new Pre-Engineered Metal Building, including concrete footings. Installation of a paved roadway (asphalt) Installation of new utilities: Water, Sanitary, Electrical, Telecommunication and Storm drain. New fencing and gate. New Security Cameras and Card Readers. Installation of bollards, sidewalk and pavement marking

Request for Qualifications (RFQ) – On-Call Airport Consulting Services
The Central West Virginia Regional Airport Authority (Authority), operator of West Virginia International Yeager Airport (CRW), is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide on-call professional services in support of the Airport’s capital development program.
Services may include: (1) Airport Planning and Environmental Services; (2) Design and Engineering Services; (3) Comprehensive Program Management Services; and (4) Project and Construction Cost Estimating.
The Authority intends to select one or more qualified firms and may award multiple contracts within each service category. Contracts will be awarded in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration Advisory Circular 150/5100-14 and applicable procurement requirements.

• SOQ Submission Deadline: May 1, 2026, at 4:00 PM (EST)
All questions must be submitted in writing as outlined in the RFQ.

Request for Proposals – Badging and Access Control System
The Central West Virginia Regional Airport Authority is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified vendors to provide a Badging and Access Control System (BACS) for West Virginia International Yeager Airport (CRW). The selected vendor will be responsible for the design, installation, configuration, and support of an integrated badging and access control system serving the airport terminal and approximately 25 additional facilities. The system must meet all applicable TSA and FAA security requirements and be capable of supporting current operations with future expansion. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on Thursday, January 29, 2026, at 2:00 PM (EST) in the director’s conference room on the second floor of the airport terminal. Attendance is required to be considered a qualified proposer.
Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Request for Proposals and received no later than 4:00 PM on February 26, 2026.
