CRW’s Andrew Gunnoe Named to West Virginia Executive’s 2026 Lawyers & Leaders

Aug 21, 2026

West Virginia International Yeager Airport (CRW) is proud to announce Andrew Gunnoe, Chief Development Officer, Chief Legal Officer, and Assistant Director, has been named to West Virginia Executive magazine’s 2026 Lawyers & Leaders class.

The recognition comes as CRW continues a period of significant investment and development, with Gunnoe playing a key leadership role in advancing the Airport’s capital program, securing funding, and guiding complex development initiatives.

At CRW, Gunnoe leads development and legal efforts across the organization, including capital projects, funding, contracts, leases, regulatory matters, and governance. His work supports the Airport’s efforts to responsibly plan, fund, and deliver infrastructure that will serve the region for decades to come.

“Andrew brings a unique combination of legal expertise, development experience, and public-sector leadership to CRW,” said Dominique Ranieri, Airport Director & CEO for West Virginia International Yeager Airport. “His ability to navigate complex funding, regulatory, and infrastructure issues while keeping the needs of our community at the forefront has a direct impact on our ability to move projects forward. This recognition is well deserved, and we are proud to have Andrew as part of our executive leadership team.”

Under Gunnoe’s leadership, CRW has continued to advance a growing portfolio of infrastructure investments. In recent years, the airport has delivered nearly $40 million in projects while advancing additional initiatives that will position CRW for long-term growth.

A major focus of that work is CRW Next, the Airport’s Terminal Development Program. The $75 million project will modernize the passenger terminal and improve the overall Airport experience while providing infrastructure designed to support the region’s future aviation needs.

Gunnoe’s recognition comes at an important time for CRW as the Airport continues to expand its capital program, pursue federal and state funding opportunities, and advance projects that will strengthen the airport’s role as a critical transportation and economic asset for West Virginia.
